FUT 15: Crossing Tutorial
The Cross. Flinging a ball inside the box for someone to get on the end of. Sounds easy, right? so why haven’t you been winning more games using it? Cause it’s not that easy. Sure the “Hail Mary” cross will find it’s target sometimes, but not often enough to consider it a “go to” play. Crossing in FUT, as most things in FUT are, is all about timing. When the Crosser crosses it and which method of Crossing is used is key. Once you understand which cross to use, and when to use it, goals will follow. A highly effective way to find goals in FUT 15 and Dirty Mike has made an informative tutorial about how to use the cross.
My Notes: The ground cross is extremely dangerous and highly accurate, if you know how to use it. If your player has won the race to the Endline (past all of the opponents defenders, who now face and run towards their goal) a ground cross can be the best way to try to find your partner, cause of the likely chance of getting an own goal. I use the ground cross more often then the regular cross and also use it for pull back crosses, to hit that late runner. I find it very effective and accurate. (side note: I probably don’t cross more than 4 – 6 times a game).
