Goalkeepers are extra stupid in FIFA Ultimate Team 15.  You can fool them with a chip shot almost from any angle as soon as they stop off their line. Dirty Mike, one of our favorite youtubers, has put together a great little video to explain it all.

Side Note: For me the chip shot is most useful on the mini hop. The ball is harder to control but the chip shot seems to be very effective.
